The Clarity Session

A 90-minute conversation where we get to know your business — how it runs, where your time goes, and where AI and automation could genuinely help.

You'll receive a written brief with our honest observations and specific suggestions.

Yours to keep, whether you work with us or not.

Understanding before recommendations

Before we suggest anything, we need to understand how your business actually works.

Not how you think it should work, or what a best-practice guide says — how it actually operates, day-to-day.

The Clarity Session is a structured 90-minute conversation — in person or via video — where we dig into:

  • What your business does and how work flows through it
  • Where your time goes and where things feel harder than they should
  • What tools and systems you're using (and how well they talk to each other)
  • Where the biggest frustrations sit
  • What you've heard about AI and whether it matches reality

We listen. We ask questions. We take notes.

And then we go away and think about it properly.

The Clarity Brief

Within 5 business days of your session, you'll receive a Clarity Brief — a written document, typically 2–4 pages, that covers:

What we observed

Specific observations about how your business operates, linked directly to what you told us. Not generic advice — things we noticed about your particular situation.

Where we see opportunity

Two to four concrete opportunities where AI, automation, or process improvements could make a real difference.

For each opportunity we outline: What the opportunity is • Why it matters • What a sensible approach looks like

What we'd suggest leaving alone

Just as important. If something doesn't need fixing, or isn't worth the effort right now, we'll say so. This is how we build trust — by being honest about what doesn't need our help.

Suggested next steps

A clear recommendation for how to move forward, if you'd like to. No pressure. No obligation.

A few things this isn't

It's not a sales pitch

We don't use the session to sell you an engagement. The brief does the talking — and it's useful regardless of what happens next.

It's not a free discovery call

This is a paid, structured consultation. You're investing in genuine insight into your business, not a 15-minute qualifying chat.

It's not a generic audit

Everything in your Clarity Brief is specific to your business. We don't use templates. We don't recycle recommendations.

It's not a commitment

The session is standalone. The brief is yours to keep. If you decide to work with us, great. If not, you'll still have a useful document with practical observations about your business.

Simple process. No surprises.

Is a Clarity Session right for you?

A Clarity Session is a good fit if:

  • You know AI and automation are relevant to your business but aren't sure where to start
  • You've been getting conflicting advice and want an honest, grounded perspective
  • You want specific recommendations for your business, not generic best practices
  • You're open to hearing "not yet" if something isn't worth doing right now
  • You have a business with roughly 5–50 people and feel the work is harder than it should be

It might not be the right fit if:

  • You're looking for a quick answer to a specific technical question (a webinar might be better)
  • You want someone to immediately start building automations (we need to understand your business first)
  • You're not the decision-maker and can't act on the recommendations

Common questions

How much does a Clarity Session cost?

Get in touch and we'll provide pricing details. The fee is credited toward your first month if you decide to continue with an ongoing engagement.

How do I prepare?

You don't need to do anything special. Just come ready to talk about your business — how it runs, what's working, and what isn't. The more honest you are, the more useful the brief will be.

Can I bring someone from my team?

Yes. Having a second perspective can be valuable — especially someone who's close to the day-to-day operations.

What if I've already attended a webinar or workshop?

Great. You'll come in with useful context. The Clarity Session takes things further by making everything specific to your business.

What happens after I receive the brief?

It's yours. If you want to discuss it, we'll have a follow-up conversation at no extra cost. If you'd like to work with us on the opportunities we've identified, we'll recommend an engagement that fits. If not, that's fine too.

Is this only for AI and automation?

The Clarity Session looks at your business holistically — operations, tools, systems, and marketing. If we see opportunities in digital marketing or website improvements, we'll include those observations in the brief too.

Ready for honest answers?

A Clarity Session is 90 minutes of genuine attention to your business. No agenda other than understanding how things work and where they could work better.

If you want clear, specific guidance — not another generic pitch — this is the place to start.
